A finance transformation executive with 15+ years of international experience across KPMG, IBM and a global water technology leader. Sebastian has led enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize finance, optimize performance, and enable better decision-making.
His path into transformation started early. Sebastian began in the technical core of finance — working with derivatives and commodity financial analysis — before joining KPMG as a financial statement auditor, covering oil & gas clients and working across covenant agreements and SOX control frameworks. He then moved to IBM, where he led the transition of a Shared Service Center from the United States to Argentina; after a year spent rebuilding its processes and reporting, he helped migrate the operation onward to Costa Rica — a formative lesson in what he does best: standardizing and elevating finance across borders, cultures and systems.
